PinkySeal is operated by a federally registered Canadian corporation based in Ontario. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Use of Services
---------------
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Services.

Content and Ownership
---------------------
All content, tools, and media provided through PinkySeal are the property of their respective creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any part of the Services without prior permission.

Payments
--------
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

We may change prices, suspend access, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice.

PinkySeal does not collect or transfer penalties between users.

Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds except in cases of duplicate charges or failure to deliver the service.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of your payment. We may request additional information to process your request.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the Services as-is, without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
